pH14bitchMethods are timeless and stylish af. Is there anything similar to a method in the ski world?
grantlewis_dntmclosest thing to a method i can imagine would be a super tweaked cuban
mattytrutweaked safety. there's a photo of LSM somewhere doing the single most proper method grab ive ever seen on skis... i think it was posted on here at one point? maybe in a news article? big upvotes if you find it

700billionyeah I think we just call this a method. theyre surprisingly hard to do.
Kai's the first person I saw doing them and calling them methods a few years back on insta. Probably other people were doing them before but idk

mattytruimo, after sitting on this a few days, a true method would be a super low, close to the binding, tweaked stalefish, not a tweaked safety
theabortionatorThere is no equivalent but you can tweak some grabs and make them look good. But i don't think there's really anything similar.
I would say maybe a zero spin. You could say thats not a grab and therefore not like a method but thats the closest thing imo. As far as grabs it's just different. A method is timeless and iconic. Zero spins have a similar vibe.
Emulating methods with grabs on skis is awesome i just don't think there's a specific grab that's relatable to a method.
