Stretches and routines after a day of skiing?

usually i don’t ever push myself this hard, but there are days where i just rip for a solid 6 or 7 hours and my legs are completely worn out by the end of the day, to the point where my quads get super tight like they’re cramping and i end up struggling to walk up and down stairs the next day.
just wondering if anyone has like a routine they do after a day of skiing, even if it’s not for something extreme like this but just a cool down routine in general to help ease the muscles

One 4oz curl followed by 8-10 reps of shrinking 16oz curls.
Sometimes 5 sets.

Foam rollers are great, if you can afford a massage gun go for it.

I honestly grabbed an old P90x yoga dvd and have been doing it a little before and a lot after, that would be my advice for sure
