Yes. There are two shells, the Original Shell and the Soul Shell. Both are labeled as a 99mm last but the Original shell feels significantly lower volume to me. As I understand it, the heel and cuff sections of the boots are basically the same, but the Soul Shell has added volume in the toebox and feels a much roomier boot. I ski in the Drop Kick, which is the original shell, but I find the Soul shells too big. Classic Pro has the same shell as the Drop Kick (Original) so if those fit, you can get a Drop Kick because they are basically the same just different flex. But I wouldn't switch to a First Chair (Soul Shell) without talking to a boot fitter.

why do you want to get a first chair? classic shell is the best boot by far

thanks for the feedback man, I actually am a bootfitter we just dont carry FT so i wanted to get the scoop before I order some. I need the lowest volume boot anyways so this helps alot

Id stick to what fits you. Ive had two customers come in asking if i can do anything to their boots after purchasing the sole shell thinking it was the same. The dude above is right, its pretty decently higher volume than the og shell. Both people said their heels were swimming around and had too much room in the toe box.
