Saga outerwear done?

So I wanted to pick up some dope ski pants and recalled that Saga actually were making some sick stuff back in the days. Went to their website, and it's currently unavailable. Moreover, Tim Durtschi, the founder of the brand, is rocking some spyder shit on his insta page. So the question is, are they done? And if so, how comes such a hardcore, storied and well-regarded NS brand went out the window without anyone noticing?

Bought out by whom? Will they keep the brand or just rebadge it?

Freeskiing slowed down, muted earth colors became popular, they got robbed in slc, kept selling items despite massive supply chain issues and couldn't deliver, spyder bought them then dissolved them. I'm sure I'm missing something or got something wrong but that's the gist of it.
