ToonaI been messing around on a foam roller doing 2's on and off and just working on swaps on it. Any of you guys ever try doing this and do you think it helps at all?...I havent been to the mtn since i started doing it so idk if its helping at all
DeadBYeah I don't think that is going to help much, I'de look into purchasing a 2x4. Ice it up and lay it down in a nice flat area and just start seshing and having fun with it. 2x4's are the optimal learning experience. This isn't a joke like I'm telling you to try it out it actually does wonders 4 ur ski game. Start skiing on a 2x4 and you'll notice a massive improvement in your skiing and abilities.

ToonaDo that inside with my skis on? Or are you saying do it outside with like a drop in and shit
DeadBinside with your skis on. Trust me, it works. and all u need is a 2x4. Just ice it up a little, or go in dry if u dont wanna wet ur floor.
ToonaAlright imma try it thanks
yungsteezeHahah i was doing 2p2s on a foam roller recently. Of course another weirdo on this website did the same thing. Wasn't able take er to snow yet but i could see it being beneficial for getting a feel for the pretzel
MaimHelpI can 3 swap all 4 ways, 4 off every way, plus more on a foam roller. Can barely swap more than 2 ways on skis. It only helps with balance I’d imagine
