10 minutes from airport
6 blocks to the ski resort shuttle stops (free for Ikon to canyons, like $2 or something for park city). Too many homeless camps to safely walk there tho, but could uber.
Seems like a very fine investment on their end. Wishing them the best. I'd certainly stay there if the price was right.

skiermanThis plan was hatched 3-4 years ago now? From what I remember, L9 owns the building, brought Evo in on the idea to invest which is tight considering they're technically competitors. Evo will have a store inside along with an indoor rock climbing wall and a upper-end hostel setup. So no, its far from an Evo Hotel as Evo claims but maybe the deal changed due to COVID. Who the fuck knows but its a nice improvement.
