Good option:
if you need to remount them and you can use a heli-coil to better hold the screws in.

Best option:
I use the threaded inserts on my skis so i can swap my bindings between any ski.

I have my skis drilled for my touring bindings and my marker griffons for in-bounds. Most sturdy binding mounting system ever. I feel so locked into my skis. I worked as a ski tech and fixed all sorts of edge repairs/ stripped screws/ delamination. After a few months of riding I noticed even if done right, your bindings screws will start stripping or grabbing like they use to. (it is literally a wood screw held in with glue) Especially if you are hitting rails are having big impacts. Definitely recommend going with the threaded inserts even for just a couple of holes that your binding mount might overlap from the previos. Heli-coils are also a good option a lot cheaper and make use of the traditional screws that bindings use.
