freestyler540360s first. Learn centered body position on take off before attempting.
Or find the biggest pile of snow you can find and huck yourself.
Whatever floats your boat.
vishnusidelipperDo you mean cork 3 or flatspin 3? because i can 360 and 540 just fine, im just scared of backflips and havent done one on a tramp since early fall
vishnusidelipperSo I have been wanting to learn backflips for a few years, (tried one three years ago but fucked my back so bad i didnt ski for a week, hadnt ever done one on tramp so idk what i was thinking) and I really want to get one this season, preferably on a park jump. Im scared, and ive only done a handful on tramp this fall. I also really want to learn flatspins and corks, but i think I should learn a backflip first. Should i just go for flatspins/corks anyway or learn backflips, & do i need to practice more on tramp before trying them on a park jump?
TreegrabberBackflips easier then cork imo
get consistent on tramp first
