I'm going skiblading

My skis need repair and the demo shop at the mountain this weekend only has twintips (ARVs and Blackops) up to 170 length. I'm 6ft tall. Should I just rock with the skiblades or should I try and find a demo shop in the town with longer skis?

Do your own repairs and you don't have this problem. Also you just insulted like 50% of NS riding on short skis 😂. Just rock whatever you can get. Ski shops are usually cheaper for demos than the local mountains so I'd start there.

Bro rip the blades (also ski length is based on weight more than height, so if you're a lanky bastard you should be good)

I’m a fat fuck fr, but imma just rock the shorter ones anyway and see how it feels.

I could go with directional ones but it’s a small hill in NC and I’m “competing” (read: registering for a discount and not showing up) in slopestyle on Sunday

Update: Tried the ARV 96's in 170 and they were fine. Didn't feel particularly bad or good. They were very light. This also confirmed to me that I really don't like full camber. Probably gonna go with 177 or so on my next pair of park skis cuz I don't see what I would need extra length for in a park ski.

I ski 182s now and am 5'10 I skied 172s forever in the park
