Boot won’t flex

Been having this weird ass issue on my dalbello boss where my right boot literally does not flex. Been playing with the buckles the past few weeks and nothing works. Left boot is completely fine. Skiing is becoming painful for my right shin so does anyone have experience with this issue on dalbellos

go to a shop that sells ski boots and ask them to take a look ?

Is the clog (bottom part of the boot) bellowing out/collapsing at all?
