switchlip2How tall are you?
BkripIve been looking into surface royales, and im just wondering if they run short in length, for example I know some skis say 163 but are 161. Can anyone tell me if the skis are worth it or not, or any other skis in the 148-152 length range.
SchizoSkierMy givers are true to size
Bkripare the skis light? looking for something under like 1400 g
SchizoSkierThey’re 1700 g I think for 174 cm at least. Not even vishnu wets are under 1400 g
EBrookskiI have them, great skis most fun skis ive ever used. i split the tip of mine (new models have metal tip and tail protector) softest tails ever. ive been told there baisicly as flexible as blends/semi soft noses/ if i lean back at 5'6 120 pounds loop out standing still, i feel there easily snappable. just know there fun not the most durable and super soft tails, semi hard to use outside of the park
Bkripare they easy to swap? Have a pair of k2 sights and i hate how heavy they feel, i can barely do swaps on rails and the swing weight feels so heavy. How is the swing weight?
EBrookskiVery low swing weight soft tails semi soft nose I can like 3 swap these
Bkripperfect! what model did you have?
rburnsBeen looking at picking up some royales. Idk if I should get 180s or 172. I’m like 5’7 been riding 178s and like those. 172 seems to small and 180 seems a tad to big. I know it’s only a 2cm difference but idk.
EBrookskiI'm like an inch shorter than you and have the 162, they def too small and I have too use them next year too, the royales have a very soft tail and a moderately soft nose, plus lots of rocker, some mabye get the 180s/ what skis do you have in the 178 If they have little rocker then def the 180
