Ah, I need new skis again.

I have now broken two pairs of skis this winter. Yes, they were both Line but the second pair was older.

I need recommendations for skis that pretty much quarantee me a full season of park skiing. They have to be available in Europe - I’m not paying 150€ for shipping.

I like the flex of my Chronics. Playful but still stiff enough for bigger jumps. I will only use them in the park. Poachers and Reckoner 92s would probably be great.

If you all have any other recommendations, please comment.

whichever fits you best, poachers are a bit stiffer so if you want more flex I'd get the reckoners. I've had my poachers for 2 seasons now without any crazy breaks so I'd say they're fairly durable

The reckoner 92s don’t come longer than 178cm and I’m thinking the 102mm wide ones are a bit too wide for my liking for strictly park use.

Does anyone have experience with the reckoner 102s and if they’re too wide for park only

For what it’s worth, I don’t think you’ll notice it THAT much going from a 95 to a 102. Now if you were on an 88 to a 102, maybe.

@tominiemenmaa is also in Finland and he had some reckoner 102s (although they didn’t seem to last long)

Ok. I think I would prefer the Reckoner 102mm over the Poacher just because I love buttering and other surfier tricks. I’m kind of afraid that their durability isn’t as good as that of the Poachers though.

I really don’t want to have to buy another pair of skis because this is probably my last season of active skiing in a while…

I feel like the Poachers would last longer, they are considerably heavier and have a good reputation. Am I just overthinking this?

I'm on day 16 on my reckoners and they're in great shape. No edge cracks and only a very minor amount of topsheet damage. I haven't had any major problems.

Keys. If you can find a pair they are great. Still feel like a pretty soft ski, but not a noodle. They are super light and durable. One of my favorite park ski I have owned.

I've also got Prodigy 3.0's. Was genuinely amazed how quick, nimble, and unclumsy a 106mm wide ski can feel. Sure like an 85mm ski feels way different than 105mm, but the few millimeter differences are mostly between your ears. The Reckoner 102 is a fun and very light ski for its size. Mine didn't last 20 days without edge cracks and sidewall bulging tho.

I’m on my 2nd season riding Reckoner 102s.. absolutely love them in the park, but I’m currently processing my 2nd warranty. First time edge ripped out, this time complete delamination underfoot. I switched from Line to K2 for durability, but they still aren’t holding up. Take it with a grain of salt, I beat my skis up.
