Replying to Pain in back of leg around the kneecap area

Probably nothing serious, but interested to know if anyone else every has the this type of pain when sending it a little too big and landing flat.

Off a side hit the other day I went way to big and landed flat on piste. Right when I landed I immediately felt a sharp pain behind my kneecap right where your leg creases. Didn’t hear a pop or anything but it hurt like fuck and for the rest of the day i had noticeable pain in that area. It’s still a little sore today but mainly feels like I’m just tight af in that area despite the stretches I’m doing.
