I bought these older bent chetlers from another NS member for quick deep tours around my local ranges. They are heavy af and obvi frame bindings don’t help, but I love em and they get the job done while showing impressive durability.
I took this picture back when it dumped in October. Looking at it, I’m wondering if these are actually mounted front of center. Not home rn and I’ll measure from center binding, but have I been touring on skis mounted in front of center line? Is this core? Did I win skiing? If this ain’t tactile I don’t know what is.
Just pop your boot in and see where the line ends up. I guess you might have to measure to get a center mark since they probably don’t have one. But I would just measure from the midsole mark to the tip then the tail and see if they are centered.
