Any help for rails?

Very repetitive topic on NS, however my problem is that I cannot stay on a rail...

I have asked many people at the park and they are saying im hitting the rail on my heels which causes me to slide off, but I do not know how to fix that?

It may be a problem with how I get on the rail too??

are you straddling on or doing urban entry?
start with the rail between your legs and just pop 90°, you'll lock in every time

Angle of approach where you look and aim for, how much you pop or dont pop, and committing to getting sideways and notbeing backseat all help a bunch

Is this easier from going from the side because I have no problem locking onto rails from there but i eat shit on flat bars
