Back 2 help

Whenever I try a back 2 for some reason my tips hit the side of the rail. Do I just need to wait a little longer before trying to spin or jump higher? Any tips are appreciated

Pick up your legs/pop harder or pop off to the side. I tend to pop off to the side.

As in physically pop off at an angle to get distance from the rail

I know it's pretty obvious advice but just keep doing it. The more you try and the more you slide the rail, the more aware of your skis and what your doing youl be
