So I have really bad shin bang for at least like a consistent year now from last year in low flex boot and always landing backseat and just ducking my shins. They would always hurt, even through the off season, they would hurt even from the lightest hit from something.
this season I got full tilts with a 6 flex and my Shins are Still getting mashed up, I over cooked a backflip today and now my shins are more mashed then some potatoes on thanksgiving or sum shit idk. They even hurt just to have frontward shin pressure on my boot so I look like a Jerry skiing around,
I just need some tip and advice to prevent this and to treat it
