I love the idea of a rail jam comp on Dew tour but god fucking damn those announcers sucked ass. And they missed like half the skiers filming random shit like the crowd and the moon. Made the whole thing borderline unwatchable at points. Idk just seems like they kinda fumbled the bag with such a stacked field.

Such a stacked field. Too bad the production didn't take it seriously. BORDERLINE unwatchable? Nah. Straight up cringey and embarrassing live stream. Hard to believe Dew shares a parent company with NS.

When DC walked with AHall all the way up the course, I felt so bad for AHall. He was tired af, trying hard to ski well so he could win some cash money and here's some dude forcing you to do a live interview while you're in the middle of the contest.

Since when are comp announcers actually really really good though? Even when legends like Tom are announcing, they seem to "explain like I'm 5" for the general audience. Not everyone speaks slvsh lingo.

I thought it was decently done. The lighting was bad and the production wasn't great but atleast we got to see it. It's an emerging event so it won't get as much attention and care as something more established. Watching an event like this really makes you appreciate how dialed all the pros are. They hardly ever fall or make mistakes.
