Marker Baron on max length

Hey everyone,

I want to give my pair of skis to my "little" taller brother.
I have a baron epf 13 in S on the ski which goes up to 325mm, and his boots are 325mm.
Will I have issues or do guys think it will work fine?

I think I will hand the ski to the service to check them before I let my brother ride it anyways but I just want to know if it could work.
So far I know its never great to ski bindings on its limit DIN but what about the solelength?
My brother is a sporty, tall guy, skiing around 10-15 days per season, mostly carving but I wanna take him offpiste a little in the future. Therefor I will give him my pinnacle 95 ti with the marker baron to access some pow with him.

The binding is designed to work to 325mm, so his 325mm boot will be just fine. I've even squeezed out an extra few mm's before for friends that still use the baron and they tested out just fine. Gopher it.
