soupLooks identical to every other ski they are making right now. Boring.
NotTooSteezySamAgreed, although my initial thought was holy those are mounted pretty far back. thought the qst 106 was a ski better ridden closer to center
gilbertresselDoesn't look like the 1080 reboot, don't care

BraybladeWhen is Salomon gonna slap a twin tip on a qst, the blanks with a twin tip would be like the rocker 2 but even better
ThaLoraxI just asked their head of us distribution and apparently they have no plans on doing a twin tip. A twin tip Blank would be sick though
soupThat's how little money there is in twins. The company that started it all has left it in the dust. Wild series of events.
Atleast that's my uneducated guess does anyone know exactly why they don't produce a twin?
BradFiAusNzCoCaIf I were to guess - park rats destroy skis on rails and go through skis quicker so are less likely to spend money on skis
gravelif you destroy your whips wouldn’t you be more likely to buy new ones? not my actual thought process bc park skiers are poor af but i’m confused by your logic

Skied with chris rubens, greg hill, alexi godbout and a bunch of other salomon team skiers today and one guy who is in charge of ski design had these prototypes, which I thought looked way to sweet to not show NS. What do you guys think of these?
pofweli dont like the brown and orange color combo
skidemon22A - no one cares
B - this is just a Proto, Production have an off white top sheet. Salomon's logo/ branding switches to a more retro design for next season.
pofwelidc he asked what we think about them so i shared my opinion
skidemon22Just giving you a hard time my dude
