Bindings popping out

Is this at all salvageable the 2 back screws in the heel are fully out, they are symmetrical and I’m not tryna feel like a goofball mounting them -1

Buy Quiver Killers... drilling out the stripped hole to a larger diameter, screwing and epoxying the Quiver Killer into place, and then screwing your binding Into the Quiver Killer might secure everything.
I think they make a kit for this specific reason: https://quiverkiller.com/products/qk-rescue-insert-kit
Might be better off using West System G-flex over what they provide though.
