Nj is just city though, and Texas is some city and a lotta country probably aligns more with nh because both have tried to make their state a country

Agreed. I think Mountain Creek, Blue and they still do go to Boulder from what I understand.

Yeah the west coast has been steadily importing tech millionaires from overseas it’s like gentrification for white people they are getting displaced 😂

I grew up going night riding at Creek every Thursday from 7th grade until the end of high school. Not sure that Texas offers that opportunity.

Gentrification has always occurred for white people. Much of the surrounding Bay Area included very diverse blue collar neighborhoods in which people of all colors were forced out due to extreme rises in costs of living, and the local and state politicians unwillingness to approve new housing projects. It is not something that happens only to people of color and it’s brutal.
