Haha yeah that angle is garbage always. That slope is like 20 degrees. It's always off. But the vert is usually decently accurate depending how accurate u set your phone GPS location to
Edit: my phone reduced its accuracy towards the end of its battery life yesterday so my last 20-30 runs were a bit less for the vertical.

that’s a hell of a lot of runs, un beatable unless someone gets there before they are really in season, say before this coming Monday 😅 and would have to be between tues/thurs but I will try, tell ya I already got you on the mph 😃 but that’s probably the only slice I’ll win

Timberline finally got what it needed. Someone who actually cares to run the place. It’s awesome now that perfect north owns it. The high speed chairs completely change it too plus they cleaned the glades up again.

If you really wanna know it was first to last chair, nonstop. Singles line for the win. I probably could have gotten a few more runs if I forced myself into a group of 3 to save 10-15 seconds (adds up over 80 runs). I also stopped a couple times to bring people their skis after they yard sale'd. It's beatable for sure but it sure sucked.
I’d say literally as of today the #of people at the shoe will be too great for anyone to beat your record, if I can’t tomorrow or Thursday then no one will this season is my prediction
Plus, you basically turned skiing into work 😆 I’m not gunning for it, I just wanna see how my average fun day compares, I usually see about 35-40,000 on my longest shoe days

It’s pretty good - snows a little hard but nb for early season snowshoe. Typing this from silvercreek lodge haha
I think your safe, I was there last week didn’t hit 30k, then on cups opening day my vert was less, lift is too long , widowmakers where you can get vert at the shoe and i just can’t lap that all day w/o getting bored, there were no moguls, no crud just groom, the ice spots made it fun, blast watching someone carve then slide out, same a train of kids eat shit right after the other funny as hell, happened to me too at like 60 was a blast lol like wheeeeeee
Now I’m in the mood to ski some slop

Yeah it was mostly crud by midday for me so it kept changing. It's by far my favorite run to ski that ungroomed part skiers right, under the lift and boost off all those little bumps. It is definitely a shit show for jerries falling
That’s how I like to ski it too but only half slope was covered.
Actually been having fun in their parks for whatever reason this year they seem better.
Saw some poor dude slide off the snow into the grass on widowmaker, think he hurt his shoulder pretty bad, went shoulder first into a ditch at probably 25/30 mph, he popped up sooo fast but doubled over real quick, I went to check on him patrol was already there they had witnessed it I guess.

I just left, rope dropped on shays upper yesterday, I’d expect lower to open very soon, plus the woods will be filled in this storm 🤟🏽should be dope, the entire mountains been expanding quickly and conditions are nice, silvercreeks parks are dope this year.

I know silver creek like the back of my hand. Left side Upper shays should be prime. I know some good lines at basin too around OG spruce glades. Knot bumper glades will be solid since it won’t be open to the public

Trees off shays are the best since they are cleared for mtb trails. About 10 years ago I hit them plus the cliff under ballhooter

Yeah. Randolph does a shitty job of plowing the part of 2019 from huttonsville to mace at the Pocahontas Randolph county line. Once you cross into Pocahontas the road becomes drivable
