Last time I traveled from Europe, my shell suitcase was cracked and DOA. Unusable after that. It was old but DAMN I had traveled across the world with it. American baggage handlers are definitely the roughest of the bunch

i checked my odyssey’s a few months back and watched the airline worker strip off the bases and shit inside of the ski. He then pops the base back in and sends them on there way
now I have a massive southwest airline worker shit permanently in my base but no one believes my story so no refund
