Replying to Budget pc for video/photo?

Been out the pc world for awhile and am looking to find a solid desktop or laptop that can edit videos decently well? Currently using an a6500 and will be getting the mavic 3 next spring..not looking to spend more than 1000, ideally would like to be around 800 if possible. Will be using the Adobe suite.

Had a acer nitro 5 that’s on its way out, worked well when I first got it but it’s a shitter pc now
