Thought on armada edollo

edollo do feel stiff when hand flexing but skiing them feels whole lot different, if you’re looking for more of a noodle ski, go for blend, although you’re not heavy you’ll feel like they’re going to break. Chronic seems like a good in between all mountain ski, pretty soft too. Thought it’s tough to determine since i don’t know what style of riding you do:/

It’s funny how every time someone makes a thread for a new ski recommendation, it’s always between the Line Chronics, Blends and one random Aramda 😂

I vote blends since they’re softer and you’re a light-weighted skier.

Dollo's definably aren't noodles like the blends. It does have a fairly soft "butter zone" in the tip but underfoot and the tail is medium to stiff. The stiffness makes it feel better than I expected at higher speeds and chop tho. Never ridden those Line skis

I just hear allot of people saying with the blend if you land a jump not centered the ski is going to break easily,

I've really wanted to get the blends for years But I always debate, I've talk to couple people that own the blends, they all seems to love the ski. but my buddy recently bought the cronics are and love them too

I might pull the trigger,
So with my lightweight I just wanted to know what would fit me best.

why are people still worrying about what skis to buy? like the season has started and people are asking randos for their opinions.

no hate, but I would just say fuck it and buy a pair so i could go ski.

Edollo is the only one I've skied from the list, so take this with a grain of salt. I'm 73kg or 160 of your stupid american weight units / 175cm or 5' 9" of your even stupider american height units and ride the 180cm Edollo as a part of my quiver.

It's definitely not as soft as the 1 to 10 rating might trick you to think, at least not in my weight to skill ratio, but it's very fun and versatile ski. Haven't tried a ski yet that would match it's playfullness & ability to go hard. The closest comparison I've skied is the K2 Reckoner 102, which is somewhat lighter and damper and a bit less soft ski.

The Blend is a ski with a strong following but I feel like it belongs in the if you must ask, you're not ready to know club.
