Kyle Rittenhouse has been acquitted of all charges
He should really be paying the prosecutor Tommy Bingus for lawyer fees, he was the one that really pulled the case for him!
I am genuinely curious to see what the people of Kenosha have to say (or do) about the outcome of this trial. I dont think that it could have gone any better. Shorter, maybe.

But there hasn’t been a situation like this exactly. It’s not a race thing, a kid used a gun for self defense. I believe there should have been a under age fire arm offense but still.
There has been HUGE fuckups by cops in past times, especially towards POC. But unless this exact thing happens it’s hard to tell

Kenneth Walker, a poc and Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend, blindly shot at and struck police officers. I believe that what he did was justified. He had the charges against him dropped.
Is there systematic rascism in our justice and policing system? Absolutely. Does it mean that every arrest is unjustified and court case is a farse? No. The Kenneth walker case and the Kyle rittenhouse case are both examples of our judicial system functioning as it should. It functions as it should 90% of the time

My problem with this statement is that the solution to injustice toward African Americans in not greater injustice toward whites- that is silly and just results in a shittier deal for everyone.
I think the main thing people are upset about is armed white nationalists counter protesting the killing of a black man by police. The message that people are feeling is that if you have a problem with the cops shooting black people we will come down and kill you if you have anything to say about it, and the courts will defend it

He started running at rittenhouse and someone else in the background fired a gun in the air, he turns around with his AR, sees crazy guy coming for him and puts 4 rounds in Rosenbaum at close range, killing him.
At this point the crowd begins to freak out, and Rittenhouse panics and starts to run for the police line. Everyone starts screaming get him! Get him! He is a dead man walking and the prevailing sentiment of the mob is that he is an active shooter on a rampage.
The next guy hits him in the head with a skateboard and gets smoked. The third guy is armed with a pistol and comes up to him and when Rittenhouse points his gun at him from a sitting position on the street he puts his hands up to surrender. This is where it gets crazy. Victim 3 claims that while he has his hands up Rittenhouse re-racks his AR- effectively reloading a bullet into the chamber to prepare to shoot, at which time he takes this as an offensive move and lunges at Rittenhouse and gets his bicep blown off at point blank.
Rittenhouse runs to the police line to turn himself in. The police tell him to fuck off or get pepper sprayed. He leaves for Illinois.

1. He wasn't an "escaped mental patient". He was released that day from the hospital for a suicide attempt.
2. Rosenbaum (^) started to chase after Kyle because Kyle was trying to extinguish the fires that he was starting.
3. Grosskruetz "claimed" that those things happened when Kyle was on the ground. If you watch the video, that didn't happen. He was running up on Kyle with his gun drawn, aimed at his head. Kyle shot in defense.

I saw a video a while ago of guys doing it as an experiment. White kid open carrying an AR15 had a single cop walk up to him and ask him for his ID.
The black kid open carrying got surrounded and held at gun point by like 10 cops telling him to get on the ground and he was cuffed.
Im not gonna lie, kyle is kind of a hero in my opinion. I truly believe that he didnt want to use his gun for any reason. I think he just wanted to make a statement for the people who wanted to protect innocent citizens’ property/businesses from the rioters.
