cydwhitHaven't skied the UL version, but spent a lot of time on the last couple versions of that ski. I found them to be pretty unaffected by mount point. I ended up at -4 cm from true center on mine, and really liked that mount point. Similar to her, I ski pretty centered/get along with pretty forward mounts well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend -4 to anyone getting on that ski. But you won't go wrong anywhere within the two stock lines that should come marked on the ski.
I believe the two stock lines on that ski should be around -2.5 and -5 from center, so -4 basically splits the difference.
Agreed. I could notice a touch of swing weight difference closer to center but they largely skied the same.
For OP, we sell a lot of ARV/ARW series skis and even more traditional/directional skiers tend to like the freestyle mounting points on them.
