This is an everyday occurrence in customer service. I can guarantee that person left the review only after demanding they reimburse him for the skis not arriving mounted despite it never being part of the offer. Stupid, entitled people, they're the reason why there's a critical shortage of customer service oriented jobs across all industries.

My boots I ordered from level 9 aren’t fitting as good as I thought. I’m gonna wipe my diarrhea butt all over the package before I return them, hoping u gotta handle the box at some point.
