Head Lamps

Looking for a head lamp that does great for night time hikes.

And on that note if anyone wants to sell me a headlamp dm me

I've got a Black Diamond Storm 400 and a Petzl Actik Core and have nothing but good things to say to say about both of 'em.
The Petzl costs a little more but comes with a rechargeable battery and can utilize regular AAA batteries as well. It's also a little brighter
The Storm 400 is your more typical headlamp, utilizes AAA batteries and does a darn good job lighting stuff up.
TL;DR both Petzl and Black Diamond are solid bets

I have the bd Astro 250its pretty good not the brightest but only 20 bucks

I got a black diamond one. I don't think I paid too much. Uses a lithium battery. Led. Different colors. Different lumen settings. And can strobe and slow flash. Works great.

i say just pick a good brand like black diamond, choose if you want it to have a chargeable battery or use disposable batteries, and then see what level of brightness/features you can afford, there's a big range. all the ones i've bought from dece brands have been great
