Buying new boots, do I need to remount my bindings?

I know that flex and boot construction is widely different for all the boot makers but if I get new boots in the same exact size like 28.5 to 28.5 will my bindings be fine?

Most likely won't need a remount going 28.5 to 28.5, might be a touch different boot sole lengths though

Likely you’d need the forward pressure adjusted but probably not a remount

I didn’t need to remount mine I kept the same boot size but just wait till you get them and then try and click in. Unless the new boot or the old one have a really odd binding fit then it should be fine

Depends on the boot sole length (BSL). For example, a FT Classic shell in 26.5 is 301mm while a Dalbello 26.5 BSL is 307. BSL is typically printed on the outside of the heel of the boot. Most likely just needs a foreword pressure adjustment as said above.

This but also measure. Some of those numbers printed on the heel are way off, like 5+mm off.
