Replying to Advice

Not really sure where/what thread to post this in, I searched for a thread similar to this and couldn't find one so here it is. My GF talks about a few different couples relationships quite a bit and how cute they are. As little as this should affect me it truly does make me a little hurt and almost feel like I'm not doing enough, does anyone have advice as to what I should say? We've been dating for quite awhile. Maybe I'm overreacting but it just seems like she likes others relationships more than her own.
