Roof cargo box for skis?

Trying to get a roof box to fit my 189s, without spending $750 on Thule.. any recommendations ? Black Friday sales possible ? I’ve browsed marketplace.

craigslist is where I got mine. thule adventurer? It was cheap and holds the whole squads big dick skis

Lol just pick up a used one off of marketplace or kijiji. I picked up a Thule in good condition that’s longer then the roof of my SUV for like 280$

Check out goodwill too online and in stores. I got a brand new thule roof box that's only issue was a broken key in the lock for $30

Don't know if you can get it in N America but i’ve a Atera roofbox (made in Germany) that's 215 long that was definitely cheaper than the thule option

I got my bigass Yakima $650 roof box for $200 at an REI garage sale. Though these days the garage sale is kinda ruined maybe you could still find a discounted roof box there.

Mine had a small hash from shipping I just covered with some waterpro

Just look for used ones, there the same as a brand new one just wayyyy cheaper u can find a used Thule for less than half of its original price
