Coleg55I’ve seen these some places. Haven’t looked into what makes them special

CatdickBojanglesThese have been around for a long time. And they do prevent knee injuries. But they also have a super high stack height, require more maintenance, are super heavy and aren’t really made to handle the abuse of park skiing. Although they do have a team. I don’t think there was ever a comparison to pivots as they are both made to function differently.
MikeUrichPivots do not release laterally. Knee bindings have a third din. The heal piece has 2 din settings, one for your average heal piece release and the second for the lateral release. Pivots have those bars on both sides of your boot and they don't advertise it as being a lateral release. The pivoting action of the LOOK Pivots is advertised as a mechanism "offering a record elastic travel to prevent unexpected releases." Kneebindings are the only binding of its kind and I have been rocking them all over the mountain for 5 or so yrs now. If anyone else has any more qeastions, tag me in this or shoot me a message.
