JklbobMeadows 100% they are adding a new park this year
hoodratz47Now the summit got bought by timberline... I'd say Cooper spur.
But skibowl has the best terrain by far... But snow quality is not consistent.
mrk127Question about ski bowl: Seems like they only they don't offer a marathon ticket and you can only buy a day or night ticket. Is it pretty easy to buy a day ticket and just ski through the night?

Sessionwhere, and what is your source?
mrk127What’s your guys favorite resorts on hood? I only ridden ski bowl and T-line in the summer. I really liked the terrain in upper bowl of ski bowl but, is the meadows freeride terrain better? Nothing really looks interesting at t-line in the winter besides obviously the parks
LogiYeah this is outrigger. Apparently they’re gonna change forest park to more of like a flow park while this new outrigger park is more of a jump focused thing?

hoodratz47I'm super excited to ride palmer to govy fully groomed and take the bus. Back up untill the the gondola is put in. It may be Chad corduroy but fuck that sounds like fun
LogiThere’s gonna be a gondola?
hoodratz47Yup next summer. Govvy to timberline

IanAvery-Leafit's been discussed/delayed heavily since the early 2000s, originally going to be built in that empty dirt lot in Collins Lake across from the Govy post office. Now that Timberline bought Summit it definitely makes way more sense to build there instead, since that also avoids the issue of it going over houses if it started at Collins Lake.
With all the delays over the years, I'll believe it when I see it. Besides skiing of course, some of my favorite times at Hood are parking lot après in spring and especially summer, so I'd prefer car in those times tbh. Christmas week traffic around Govy/Timberline is brutal though and throughout the winter you can ski all the way back down to Govy, so I'd be hyped on a proper gondola for wintertime use. There's definitely pros and cons though. What's the source(s) for summer 2022?
