Ski Vid help for little ones

What’s good, NS? It’s been a long time since I’ve been around these forums - amazing to think it has been almost 20 years.


Anyway, I am wanting to pick your brain on some ski films that might be more G-rated than not to watch with my kids (who range from 3 to 11 years old). There are so many videos that I’d love to watch with them, but need to try to cut out language and ladies, if possible. What can you recommend that is clean. Thanks!

tom wallisch and good company are pretty classy dudes, i don't think they've had anything beyond PG in their flicks for years now

Most of the larger productions like MSP and TGR are family friendly, I believe Good Company film this year is family friendly, there are definitely more I just can't think of them right now.

I'd recommend watching them first just in case, I certainly could completely overlook adult situations/language as its so ingrained in my life haha.

I think this is the way to go. MSP, TGR, and WM are all clean. They're pretty approachable for little kids too.

There's lots of clean artsy films out there too. Pollard's work is mostly g-rated. The Nimbus films are age-appropriate and Drawn From Here is great (although the hospital scenes might be a little gorey for a 3-year-old)

Candide's Few Words is another good one

I feel like Line TC would work! Super entertaining since they’re always skiing at playgrounds and stuff. Best part about it is it’s as entertaining now as a 19 year old as when I first discovered it as a 9 year old

Redbull's youtube content could be entertaining for them. High production quality and funky features that they'd potentially get excited about. The Markus Eder video they released the other day is crazy. Stuff like that and Jesper Tjader's Unrailistic videos could be fun for them.

Those aren't movies, but seem like things that could introduce the stoke of skiing to some younger kids

All my Real Lap videos are clean. No stupid music with the "N" word etc. They also include several grommets.
There are several playlists at my channel. Keep a kid busy for days!

Another vote for LTC. My 10 and 6 year old love the pizza, Andy’s cats, and the shenanigan tricks. Any time a tree is on screen they ask if the man is going to get stuck in it again.

Just watched this again. Besides all the gnarly crashes, bad behaviors, overall energy of the vid, I don't remember any blood, curse words, or people-on-people violence. Basically, it comes down to how much do you want to encourage a young child to destroy everything he sees while still being a true homie to his fellow young children?

When I was little I liked "all I can" and the TGR movies. They are definitely g rated. Candide edits would be good but not very long.
