Fr tho, I talk to people from anywhere west of the Mississippi and they can’t take or get any sarcasm. Is it only a East coast thing? more specifically the tri-state area?

I am from the west coast. It’s not that we don’t get sarcasm, it’s mostly that we just don’t like you and wish you would leave.

Maybe but even in a clearly comedic satirical way. People are too ready to be like "This isn't true" when its like dude, you missed the obvious jokes.

I think you can def read a lot about intentions with how something says, the intent of delivery, the inflection.

Same with you friend talking shit to tou ir someboyd being an asshole. Obviously partly do to closeness and trust.
