I am looking at a pair of Vokl Kenja 170s and was wondering if I would be able to use them since I am a kid and don’t weigh as much as a man. I am 13yo 177cm and 65kg

Yes, considering that you’re taller than your skis by just a little bit ensures that you’ll be able to ride them well.
Make sure you have properly fitted boots so you can have maximum control over your skis. I would recommend a boot that’s super snug, something that gives you barely any wiggle room for your toes.

Yes you're "big enough" to use those adult womens skis. It doesn't matter how old you are. As long as you have a good fitting pair of boots like weastcoast said you will do fine.

You're pretty big for 13, you can ride whatever skis you want mens/unisex or ladies. I wouldn't put you on kids skis or tween skis unless you are very new to skiing.
