Also if the education is actuslly education. When kids found out that weed wasn't going to kill them sometimes they got sendy. Obviouls people aren't stupid, they know things about drugs. But I def think the hysteria undermined any actual education for a lot of people.

Oregon came through hard with the decrim last year. It blows my mind and also doesnt surpised me that weed is still federally illegal. Idk pretty bunk.
