Just saw quality time by Salomon

I saw it when the tour came to Tahoe a few weeks ago. Cody's film was nuts. I wish he'd upload to youtube so I could watch it again. He and his team are lucky to be alive. Drew's film was heavy and powerful. Mental health isn't talked about enough in skiing. The ladies film was light and positive. I'm glad they threw a fun upbeat one in there.

The main film was alright. The big-budget big mountain ski movies are all pretty bland these days. I thought it was better than TGR and MSP this year, but that doesn't say much. Some of those birds eye drone shots in the first segment almost made me dizzy

the short movies before were dope, like Cody townsends summit fever in Alaska and others, but the main flick just didn’t hit.

Angles we’re weird, way too much bird eye view, and just was average at best. Plus the crowd was old asf and no hype at all was out.

Anyone else see this?

Honestly I used to love Salomons media stuff. Back when they used to do Salomon FreeSki Tv on YouTube most of my favorite ski videos came from that channel and the shorts that they did there. There media and team has gone downhill in recent years IMO.

Cody is dropping that episode in December I think, so just a couple more weeks.
