what happens if you take an electric sander to bases real quick or like sand paper

If your bases are really messed up and you use fine enough grit paper, it does actually improve your base.

When I worked in a shop our base grinder had a belt sander for bases and base edges. But the sand paper was on a roller that was like 16” wide, there was a feeder to keep speed and pressure consistent all the way through, and it applied water to keep the bases from getting too hot.


Long story short I am not going at my skis with a 40 dollar Ryobi
