fr the other day me and some kids were throwing a mini foam football back and forward during studyhall and apparently thats too distracting for the 4 other kids in the studyhall who were all on their phones. so we had to give her the football till the end of class or she was gonna write us up 😐😐
My Spanish II teacher was very inattentive and fun to mess with. The desks in that classroom were arranged in rows like 3 desks deep facing a middle aisle going down the middle, helped with making the class more interactive and conversational. It also made it easier to do things behind the teachers back.
Once, my best friend and I kept getting caught taking naps or fucking around, so she moved us to the very front row and opposite of each other across the aisle. This was actually the best spot for the pair of us. For one, we were able to keep napping still. But my friend sat next to a table with candy on it and would just steal it, passing it all around the classroom. I was next to el pupitre de la professora, so where she put the phones she took away. After she would take them away, I could simply reach over and pass the phones back to the kids. One time she took the same kids phone three times in a class. How was she so oblivious? It was the damnedest thing. But it was hilarious.
Next year in Spanish III, she shattered her tibia and fibula a few weeks into the semester. We had subs the rest of the semester who just put on movies and I just got worse at Spanish :(

my old spanish teacher was dumb as hell. everyday id ask to go to the bathroom then id go see my favorite teachers cause three of them had free periods then. They would walk me back to class with 5 minutes left and tell her i got in trouble in the hall or bathroom and thats why i was gone so long. everyday the whole year. still had a 104 average in spanish too.

Friends bacholers party weekend ended up way fancier than anyone wanted. Ended up in a private dinning room due to group size at the fanciest steak house in a resort town in Idaho. This the Porsche I got to try out for the evening. They literally let us pick which knife to use for our steaks. I drive a 2002 Subaru and don't belong here. At all.
We got a tour of the wine cellar and got to sniff tequila that's $500 a shot as 'free' add on. The damage truly hurts but tonight was a true once in a lifetime experience.

That’s awesome. My Spanish II teacher was the worst. No lie when she called roll the first time and got to me she seemed disappointed that I was the whitest kid in the class with the only Hispanic last name. Best part is my Spanish is awful
A time lapse is a series of photos right? It felt so good to do a little more challenging hike and finally summit a mountain this year. It was a quiet, misty hike and we finally punched through the clouds to a rewarding view. I even did about 300 yards of trail running with no knee problems 😎
Did the climbing thing at City of Rocks today. Did a nice 5.9 with some exposure and a variety of grips and did my first mock lead which was pretty cool. I think adding some depth might make me actually get excited about climbing and not just tolerate it.
