Finally added the reckoners to the collection of K2 skis. I’ve only ridden the poachers and recoils for the past 9ish years, rails, concrete, rocks, trees, stumps and everything, those two skis never let me down. Praying the reckoners continue the K2 legacy of bombproof long-lasting skis
First if all k2s are banned and second of all markers are banned

Edges ripped out after 4 hours of park riding, no edge cracks. Have heard other have had similar problems. Hopefully you get lucky. My shredditors went 2 full seasons without losing edge so I was pretty bummed.
Haven't heard much about the 112s but the 102s are known to blow out in a few weeks of park skiing, unfortunately. Probably something to do with the new lighter construction?

That’s fucking tragic. Wtf? I rode recoils for 5 years and poachers for almost 4 and neither of them ever broke, I just outgrew them. How tf could the quality get so bad so fast?

mine have lasted a season with no signs of anything bad, but probably not nearly as much rail abuse as a lot of guys put on em. really fun ski around the mtn
Abomber22Saw a bike down on the way to buy bud
Other biker said friend was good and on the way home, I stopped to check out the damage.... minimal
Glad to hear the rider is okay and yes, just cosmetic damage it appears.
Ive been through my share of wrecks on them things. Was ripping around downtown Boise, ID one day, early 2000's with some buddies. Just out fucking around, had one of my buddies cut me off and clipped my front wheel doing about 35 mph. Took my HD right out from under me. I went skidding across street one way and my bike went the other way. It ended up skidding to a stop up on the corner of the road next to some pedestrians that were standing there to use the cross walk. I jumped up, ran over to my bike, pulled the clutch while it was laying there chugging on its side, picked it up and kept it running. Looked at the damage, nothing major other than smashed tank, bent bars, bent foot peg and shifter. Other buddy had stopped and gathered up the broken pieces in the road(had some axle spikes, and spiked grip that got tore off as it skidded to a stop. Kept it in gear and took off all in a matter of maybe 45 seconds. People didnt even have enough time to come up to see if I was okay(a few scraps and my pride really) my buddies were right there to gather me up and get out of there. This wasnt my first time and I knew, the less time we sat there, the better. Now, just reminiscing in my motorcycle wrecks as I am writing this. Ugh, lucky to still be riding them and not be dead.

Picture of bike I wrecked that day as it is post a random photo thread(photo is from 2007-8ish) Poor thing has been through a lot, over 100k miles, numerous wrecks(not all my fault, only a few, lol), many repairs and lots of beer drinking.
Finally sifted my worm bin after about 8 months (albeit over winter they were pretty inactive). There's some junk in there but it's mainly all worm castings. Soooooooo much pooooooo yay

Buddy of mine @Cleetus got 102s one day and told me how excited he was about them at work, next Monday I ask how be they KNEE CAPS BROKEN ANKELS GONE no edge.
oldmanskiNice ride yourself! No need to race, the destination is always there, its about the journey in between.
Truth said! I like to go chipper, but no race. I have around 100,000 miles or more on the road, with 4 diffrent bikes. I like to live to ride another day!
