what do you guys call it when it’s far colder feeling because of windchill etc than your actual registered temp? That’s the same idea as this except it’s hotter than the registered temperature because of humidity and sun. Which is why it currently “feels like” 40c.

I'm aware of the holes in my knowledge. As you may or may not have realised but I usually point the holes in my knowledge for my arguments. I mostly do this because some people somewhere else in my life come swinging with a dunning krueger hammer.
But outside of that BS it's fact that I'm on the better side of the age gruop, only things standing between me and staying on the better side is desire to ski and being somewhat lazy when not interested. I spent 2 years of my 20's in that part of the world- Kuwait and Iraq. And having to wear full military uniform in that heat is so miserable.
Because of that my body acclimates very quickly to the heat. I went to Vegas a couple times during the summer years ago. It was kinda entertaining watching the people in the group I was with suffer while I was just fine.
I currently work in a factory where it's upper 80s all summer long inside.
That's not too hot.
This is HOT.

Because of that my body acclimates very quickly to the heat. I went to Vegas a couple times during the summer years ago. It was kinda entertaining watching the people in the group I was with suffer while I was just fine.

Army uniform and hot weather doesn't fit together very well. Lot of men around here have their stories of them or their friends getting sun strokes in army. With how these past summers have been it's probably something I'm going experience too.

This guy in the Bahamas told me it’s an American thing to push the lime into the bottle and that it’s served like that to keep the flies off and you put the lime to side when you get it. I still think it tastes better with the lime though
