Got a new door on the machine. Pretty hyped. Old one was bent and would pop the door latch which stops the machine. Kinda shitty in slushy snow. Got so bad it would pop like 50 times a shift. Slid down landing and fucked up takeoffs because of it.
Mechanic put a passive aggresive note taped to the window about how it closes if youre gentle.
Had to go in for something else. Mentioned it again. I guess guy who was pulling it in had it pop multiple times on him. He said fuck it and swapped out a door from an old cat that doesn't run. Shits sick.
Opening up the kitchen of our little farm house with some big beams. We grabbed these 12x12s from a salvage yard they were originally part of an old naval shipyard built in the late 1890s down in Tacoma. We started working with a structural engineer a couple years ago about what to do with these and finally pulled the trigger this week.

First pic is at a public fishing access and the property is a small lot in a tiny town purchased from my grandfather. Don’t get me wrong it’s great but not a McMansion type thing.
