After state testing is done we're supposed to confiscate and trash all the scrap paper the kids used during the test session. I'm not trashing this 4th grader's Wario on graph paper because if they can focus long enough to do this it's a victory their mom should see haha.

LA and the Bay tend to forget that skiing exists right around this time of year. I've never been too shocked by crowds in May personally.

I was there Friday/Saturday and yeah, it was waaaay less crowded than usual for pond skim weekend. I guess all the instagram skiers went to Coachella instead

I work a "do little" overnight job in Aspen. Pay is decent but the main perk is being able to ski everyday until about 2pm. I've also got a comfortable little studio apartment 30-40 minutes down valley that keeps me here and sane.

Im not sure really. First season here. Hoping its chill. Mammoth obviously has a draw but this are starting to slow like you'd expect

Those are the ski bum dream jobs! I worked at buttermilk for a season. I dig aspen. It gets. Bad wrap sometimes and highlands is as good as anywhere on a proper day.
