often ace or true value hardware stores will have them, and they can order them for you if they don't have them in stock. home depot and lowe's don't supply them i think. also worth calling maybe like a garden shop because they're technically garden shovels. poly pro tools is the brand you're looking for, bully tools makes some good ones too but the plastic bully uses is a little softer and more elastic so i don't like it as much.
