Notaskibumif you want to lose weight, eat less and workout more. Simple as that.
I try for as much fruits and veggies during the day as possible and then carbs and meat at night for my big meal and do a lot of time on the bike. Avoiding alc and soda too does wonders. Ymmv tho

Craw_DaddyJust eat fewer calories than you expend 6 days a week and make sure you're eating lots of protein. Eat lots of salads and use skim milk for your protein shakes. Workouts dont help that much with fat loss. You expend far more energy maintaining your body heat and keeping your brain fueled than you do weight training or even running.
NotaskibumI mean this is somewhat true but overall health and fitness is 100% better with proper exercise. You could sit in a basement all day and not eat and lose a ton of weight but that's not gonna help you be lighter on your feet and jump higher.
