I saw this image of a guy with a red bull helmet who wasn’t sponsored in another thread, had to see if for myself. To my surprise it was true, and it got my interest piqued.
So I wanna see it all, the posers, the newbies, the pretentious asshats.
let’s see the best (worst) Reddit and assorted jerry forums finds from you guys.
Just use a couple finishing screws, screw tht sucker to a 2x4 and mount that to the ski and she'll rip just fine.. Brakes? don't fuckin need 'em, snowboarders don't got any so why should we, those retards just be chucking their fuckin brakeless equipment all over the place.
BradFiAusNzCoCaSeeing as you can’t replace your head, yes you should…
This is the kind of shit at work that terrifies me, not that I want to be in the know, but people slamming like this, thinking its NBD, and going home to rest only to find their symptoms are worsening is a bad thought. Don't ever be afraid to get an eval done by your local patrol crews. I appreciate you dudes who are honest and come up to patrollers asking for help instead of just being a stubborn dude and "toughing it out". You only got one brain.

I deck checked once at Mt Hood Meadows. Fell from the top of their 18ft pipe to flat. Rattled me so badly. Patroller at the bottom was like “hey dude get that checked out. You might have a spinal fracture”…. Okay thanks for the paranoia lmao but I still appreciated the heads up. So I went and got an x ray. No fracture but I learned I have scoliosis (had an idea on that one). Patrollers are sometimes an under utilized resource by people.
*also patrollers are the best to ask about what’s skiing good

Doesn't look very deep. All for a video to get 5 likes. Imagine if he landed on one of those shallow rocks. Shattered pelvis. Bleeds out before patrol even gets the call. Oof

hes fine, it wasn’t a very deep drop at all and he prolly would have been completely fine even if it wasn’t powder he dropped into

It was at least an 8-10' drop onto his side. I was just pointing out that the snow depth wasn't that deep and there's plenty of shallow rocks around. Kinda like most stuff in skiing, narrowly miss getting fucked up on a regular.

Lol, you are being a little ridiculous. The man's just having some fun, it's not like the shit we do dropping cliffs or hucking of 60ft table tops is any safer...

Seems a little pearl clutchy to me tbh.
I'll agree that it's stupid because it's reddit but most of us are doing wayyyy sketchier shit every day on the slopes.

What happens when u use web browser on phone @TRVP_ANGEL
Lmao that is gold. Skiing is like golf to a lot of people. You get to drink outside and get away from the kids.
Also the amount of people at squaw that will have 14 beers throughout the day and then drive home or off to a bar in a snowstorm is pretty frightening.
Yeah man I remember the drinking and skiing (and people pushing it with drinking and driving) being bad in Tahoe
