I’ll keep this short and hope I don’t get shit on for it.
I’m a teenager, my diet consists mostly of ramen, frozen pizzas, other such frozen foods, and a shit ton of milk. I keep telling my parents I want to eat healthier and to get me healthier food so I can improve, which I genuinely want to.
the only problem is; They always ask “what do you want?” And I don’t fucking know. Im ashamed of my diet and I can’t fix it because I’ve essentially refused green food and veggies since I was 10. I still occasionally eat “healthy” things, but not enough, I need to find things to incorporate into my diet regularly.
so I ask anybody, just throw down some things that are healthier than my shitty processed diet, I’m desperate for any recommendations.
